MADE TO ORDER

YOUR 14TH ROUND products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days. Production times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is available within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once an order has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier. The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided through your order/shipping notification. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order ships.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
